What is this?
This event is coordinated in regions. We have a national, regional and state "captains" for the caravan up to the museum all together in the Southeast region, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and a piece of the panhandle of Florida. Hotels will be blocked off per clubs and captains but will go quickly and not cheap for this huge event. Although there will be close to 10,000 Corvettes there, this event is extremely well thought out and organized and comfortable. Seminars from top Corvette engineers to sign up for, huge national vendors, the track available, the Corvette plant will be open for tours, so much to do and see. Sign up as of Sept. 12th with the museum to begin your emailed updates and suggestions for registrations. HIGHLY recommend. Clay Lewis will be helping us get things done and Karen and David Bedell attended the last one if you have questions, we are there. Key is.... don't wait until last minute.
Many of our club members will be leaving Monday, August 26th, staying overnight in Tupelo, MS and arriving at the museum Tuesday, August 27th. Leaving Bowling Green, KY on Sunday, September 1st for home. Own you own for the trip back because some may wish to make it back in 2 days, some same day. Museum agenda for this event is in our documents folder on our website.
