Jungle Roar
My “Roar” this month will be quite brief. Lots of events on our calendar. Please refer for all information. Karen has everything up to date. Also, please take the time when you can to update your profile page.
Our most current club event will be our Halloween Party at Runnymede on October 13th. It has been over 6 years since we’ve had our last party. I’m sure, as in past years, it will be quite interesting and fun. Costumes are NOT required, but should prove to be most enjoyable as we see just how creative some of you can get. The club will provide the food and soft drinks/water. Prizes will be awarded as follows: Best Man’s Costume; Best Woman’s Costume and Best Couples Costume. I’d like to thank Nathan & Patti for securing the venue.
Parades/Homecomings will be in full swing in just a few weeks. Please consider driving when called upon. Also, mark your calendar for October 20th for the LSU Homecoming. Everyone is invited to participate. Convertibles, coupes and hard tops are welcome. It is a known fact that our cars are one of the highlights of their homecoming. They look forward to our participation as much as we look forward to being in Tiger Land on this date!
